Teaching Assistant Wanted – Immediate Start
Location: Redditch
Rate: £85.04 – £95.00 per day
Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in a rewarding role supporting Early Years and Primary-aged pupils. Whether working 1:1 or with small groups, your experience and enthusiasm will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous UK classroom experience, an advantage
✅ Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
✅ Strong Classroom and Behaviour Management skills
✅ Confident supporting children in Early Years and Primary settings
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
✅ Available Full-Time or Part-Time
Your Role Will Include:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
Helping create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment
