Teaching Assistant
Location: Solihull
Rate: £85.04 – £95 per day
We are looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join our team and support pupils across Early Years and Primary settings. The role will involve working with children on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, supporting learning and development while promoting positive behaviour in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to pupils with varying needs, including those with SEN.
Assist with classroom and behaviour management.
Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Offer targeted 1:1 and small group support to enhance learning outcomes.
Requirements:
Previous UK classroom experience (Early Years/Primary preferred).
Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable.
Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
Available for Full Time or Part Time work.
