Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Rate: £85.04 – £95 per day
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon (CV37)
Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our friendly school teams across Stratford-upon-Avon (CV37).
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and pupils in the classroom. You’ll assist with learning activities, provide 1-1 or small group support, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
Provide 1-1 and small group support to pupils
Assist children with SEN (Special Educational Needs) to reach their full potential
Promote positive behaviour and manage classroom dynamics effectively
Support pupils’ emotional, social, and educational development
Contribute to the overall ethos and success of the school
Requirements:
Previous UK classroom experience (essential)
SEN experience (desirable)
Experience working in Early Years or Primary settings
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
Available for Full-Time or Part-Time work
