Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Rate: £85.04 – £95 per day
Location: Waltham Abbey (EN9)
We are looking for enthusiastic and supportive Teaching Assistants to join our team and make a positive difference in the classroom. This role is ideal for those with UK classroom experience, particularly in Early Years and Primary settings, and who can provide 1:1 or small group support.
Key Requirements:
Previous UK classroom experience (essential)
SEN experience highly desirable
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Available for full-time or part-time work
Responsibilities:
Supporting teaching and learning in Early Years and Primary classrooms
Delivering tailored support to pupils, including those with SEN needs
Assisting with classroom activities and adapting resources where needed
Encouraging pupil engagement, independence, and progress
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
