Are you a compassionate and experienced individual with a background in both education and healthcare? rTriibe is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant with Medical & Care Experience to support students in schools across Salford. This rewarding role offers a daily rate of £85.04 and above and is perfect for someone with a strong blend of classroom and personal care skills who’s ready to make a meaningful difference in young lives.
This role is ideal for someone who holds a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, coupled with relevant healthcare certifications such as a Healthcare Support Diploma, HND in Healthcare Professions Support, or a Certificate in Health and Social Care. You’ll be providing both academic and care support to students with medical or physical needs, working closely with teachers, school nurses, and families to ensure every child receives the care and education they deserve.
We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure, with excellent communication and active listening skills. Your previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Nurse, or in Personal Care will be crucial in creating a safe and inclusive environment for pupils. You’ll assist with classroom activities while also supporting with feeding, toileting, mobility, and emotional well-being as needed.
