Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Rate: £85.04 – £95 per day
Location: Worcester
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting pupils across Early Years and Primary settings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education and making a real difference in children’s learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils.
Assist with classroom and behaviour management.
Support children with SEN needs, ensuring inclusion and engagement in learning.
Work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality support and interventions.
Help create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment.
Requirements:
Previous UK classroom experience (Early Years/Primary preferred).
SEN experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage behaviour effectively.
Must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one).
Available for full-time or part-time work.
