Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for an opportunity to make a difference? We are seeking a committed SEN TA to support students with special educational needs in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £95 and above (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN.
• Assist teachers in delivering personalized learning plans.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to meet student needs.
Person Specification:
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong patience, adaptability, and communication skills.
• Experience working with SEN students in a school setting is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
