- Ba/BSc (Hons) including QTS or ECT or NQT
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- 80 SCQF Credit Points in Fine Art and Design
- Practical knowledge in drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, textiles, photography, or environmental art
- Classroom and behaviour management skills
