Join us in Chesterfield as a dedicated Behaviour Mentor, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on pupils' behavioural and emotional development. This is a dynamic and rewarding role for those passionate about supporting young people's growth.

- Excellent listening skills, patience, and strong communication
- Empathy and trustworthiness
- Experience with children or young people with behavioural and emotional needs
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies
- Full-time or part-time availability, Monday to Friday

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
