Behaviour Mentor

Join our team as a Behaviour Mentor in Derby and make a real difference in the lives of young people. This rewarding role involves working closely with students to foster positive behavioural changes and support their emotional needs.

- Works with pupils to develop better norms of behaviour
- Assisting with identifying pupils in need of support
- Conducting one-to-one mentoring sessions with identified pupils
- Excellent listening skills, patience, trustworthiness, empathy and strong communication
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural and emotional needs
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
