Join our dedicated team as a Behaviour Mentor in Nottingham, providing crucial support to young people in need. Help shape positive behaviour changes while working in an enriching educational environment.
• Work with pupils to develop better norms of behaviour
• Assist with identifying pupils in need of support
• Conduct one-to-one mentoring sessions with identified pupils
• Excellent listening skills, patience, trustworthiness, empathy, and strong communication
• Experience with children or young people with behavioural and emotional needs
• Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies
