Behaviour Mentor

Join us at rTriibe and take on the rewarding role of Behaviour Mentor in Nottingham. Your contribution will make a significant difference to students' lives as you assist them in developing positive behavioural norms.

- Assisting with identifying pupils in need of support
- Conducting one-to-one mentoring sessions
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural and emotional needs
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies
- Excellent listening skills, patience, trustworthiness, empathy, and strong communication
- Full-time or part-time availability, Monday to Friday

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
