Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives? Become a Behaviour Mentor in Ripley and help pupils develop better norms of behaviour through dedicated support and mentoring.
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural and emotional needs
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies
- Excellent listening skills, patience, trustworthiness, empathy, and strong communication
- Assisting with identifying pupils in need of support
- Conducting one-to-one mentoring sessions with identified pupils

A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
