We're looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor in the vibrant area of Southport. You'll play a crucial role in supporting young students and helping to manage their behaviour effectively, creating a positive learning environment.

- Full-time availability
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or degree educated
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Empathy, patience, and resilience
- Experience working with young people
- Up-to-date Prevent and behaviour management training
- Advantageous: degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
