Behaviour Mentor
Join rTriibe as a Behaviour Mentor in Swadlincote and make a real difference in young lives. This role offers you the opportunity to work closely with pupils, helping them to develop positive behaviour norms and reach their full potential.
- Works with pupils to develop better norms of behaviour
- Assisting with identifying pupils in need of support
- Conducting one-to-one mentoring sessions
- Excellent listening skills, patience, trustworthiness, empathy, and strong communication
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural and emotional needs
All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
