Behaviour Mentor

We're searching for a caring and supportive Behaviour Mentor to make a real difference in Swadlincote. You will be working with young people to help them develop positive behavioural strategies, making the school environment a better place for everyone.

- Experience mentoring or coaching young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse situations and needs

A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
