- Experience working with children or young people in any setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- Patience, reliability, and a genuine desire to help young people succeed

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
