- Formal teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, or QTS)
- Familiarity with British Curriculum (IGCSE/A-Level/BTEC), IB MYP/DP, American Curriculum, or CBSE
- 2 to 3+ years of full-time teaching experience post-qualification
