- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or Kindergarten Education
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in any discipline plus a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years or PGCE
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with relevant experience in Early Years Foundation Stage
- Proven record of outstanding practice and creating child-centred learning environments
