- A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for working with young children

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
