- Bachelor's Degree: A BA in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field
- Teaching Qualifications: PGCE, PGDE, QTS, or CACHE Level 3 Diploma
- Teaching Experience: 1 to 3 years in an early years or nursery setting
