- Minimum 3-to-4-year Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Sports Coaching, Kinesiology, or Health Promotion
- Recognized professional teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE)
- At least 2 to 3 years' full-time teaching experience, preferably with early years or primary school
- Familiarity with foundational motor skills and play-based physical literacy
