- HLTA qualification
- Experience in Primary and Secondary Schools
- Ability to plan, prepare and deliver learning activities
- Capability to assess, record, and report on pupil progress
- Strong English and maths skills at Level 2 or equivalent
- Expertise in SEN and safeguarding practices
- Competency in ICT

A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
