- Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification
- Experience in primary and secondary schools
- Able to plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities
- Strong skills in assessing, recording, and reporting on progress
- Background in SEN and safeguarding practices
- Strong English and Maths skills at Level 2 or equivalent
- ICT Skills
