- Available full-time, with Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
- English and Maths skills at Level 2 or equivalent
- ICT literate to enhance learning approaches
- Trained in relevant learning strategies, e.g. literacy
- Specialist skills/training in a curriculum area, e.g. sign language
- Able to inspire trust and confidence
- Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities
- Interest in self-development and ongoing learning
- Up-to-date knowledge of current teaching and curriculum developments
- Experience promoting and developing positive relationships
- Level 4 or 5 qualification as a Teaching Assistant
- Foundation degree level qualifications or equivalent professional qualification for HLTA
- Experience teaching across multiple year-groups

A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
