Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Join our rTriibe team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in the vibrant area of Stockport. If you're ready to be a key part of a supportive educational environment, we want to hear from you!

- Available full-time, with UK school-based experience
- Have English and Maths skills at Level 2 or equivalent
- Know how to use ICT to support your work
- Be trained in relevant learning strategies, e.g. literacy
- Have specialist skills/training in a curriculum area, e.g. sign language
- Able to inspire trust and confidence amongst others
- Ability to think creatively and to anticipate and solve problems
- An interest in self-development
- Up-to-date knowledge of current teaching and curricular developments
- Experience of promoting and developing good relationships
- Level 4 or 5 Teaching Assistant or Supporting Teaching and Learning
- Appropriate qualifications, knowledge, and skills to Foundation degree level or equivalent
- Experience of teaching in more than one year-group

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
