- HLTA qualification
- Experience in primary schools and SEN
- Ability to plan, prepare and deliver learning activities
- Assess, record, and report on pupils' progress
- English and maths skills at Level 2 or equivalent
- Strong ICT skills
- Enjoy working with young people
