- Must hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification
- Experience in primary school settings
- Ability to plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for individual pupils, groups, and whole classes
- Capability to assess, record, and report on pupils' progress in a secure environment
- Strong background in SEN and safeguarding practices
- English and Maths skills at Level 2 or equivalent
- Proficient ICT skills
