- Experience working with young people experiencing behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Ability to support lessons during staff absence
- Access to a car with business insurance for travel between sites and home visits

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
