Inclusion Support Assistant

Join our team as an Inclusion Support Assistant in Derby. This rewarding role involves assisting primary and secondary-aged pupils who have been permanently excluded, helping them with learning and engagement in an alternative provision setting.

- Experience working with disaffected young people
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Flexible, proactive approach
- Ability to support lessons during staff absence is desirable
- Access to a car with business insurance for travel between sites and home visits
