Inclusion Support Assistant
Join our dynamic team at rTriibe as an Inclusion Support Assistant in Swadlincote. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- GCSEs in English and maths (grade C/4 or equivalent)
- Additional childcare or education qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or CACHE preferred)
- Experience supporting children or young people, particularly with SEND and SEMH needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm, positive, and supportive in challenging situations
- Flexibility to adapt learning strategies and support to student plans
All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
