- A relevant bachelor’s degree (QFE Level 7 or higher) meeting UAE teacher approval standards
- Recognised teaching qualification such as a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE/PGDE), or QTS/QTLS
- A dedicated qualification in Special Education, Inclusion, SEN, or SENCo is strongly preferred
- 2 to 3 years of post-qualification teaching or inclusion experience in a school setting
- Practical experience developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), differentiation strategies, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and multi-tiered systems of support
