Are you passionate about supporting young people with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties? Join our team in Derby as a Learning Mentor, working closely with pupils who are permanently excluded, in an alternative provision setting.

- Experience with disaffected young people
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Ability to support lessons during staff absence (desirable)
- Must have access to a car with business insurance

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
