- Empathetic and a good listener
- Encouraging and motivating
- Ability to gain trust from students, teachers, and parents
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Full-time availability
- Preferred: Level 3 Qualification in Mentoring, Level 4 Learning and Skills mentor

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
