Step into a rewarding role as a Learning Mentor, working with primary and secondary-aged students who have been permanently excluded, in Chesterfield. You'll play a crucial role in supporting and engaging young people with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties within an alternative provision setting.

- Experience working with disaffected young people
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Flexible, proactive approach
- Able to support lessons during staff absence
- Access to a car with business insurance for travel between sites and home visits

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
