Learning Mentor (SEND)

Join our team as a Learning Mentor (SEND) in Derby, where you'll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young learners. Work closely with permanently excluded pupils to support their learning and engagement in an alternative provision setting.

- Experience working with disaffected young people
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Flexible, proactive approach
- Ability to support lessons during staff absence (desirable)
- Access to a car with business insurance

A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
