Become a key player in an alternative provision setting, supporting primary and secondary-aged pupils who have been permanently excluded. This role is integral to encouraging engagement and fostering positive behaviour.

- Experience working with disaffected young people
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Ability to support lessons during staff absence is desirable
- Access to a car with business insurance for travel between sites and home visits
