Join our team as a Learning Mentor (SEND) in Swadlincote, where you will play a crucial role in supporting permanently excluded pupils with their learning and engagement. You'll be working in an alternative provision setting, focusing on children with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties.

- Experience working with disaffected young people
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Ability to support lessons during staff absence
- Access to a car with business insurance for travel
