Learning Support Assistant
Join our rTriibe in Bicester as a Learning Support Assistant and make a real difference in students' lives. This role supports students with extra learning needs, working closely with teachers to manage behaviour and ensure individual progress.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or special education is often preferred
- Specialised credentials such as a Teaching Assistant Certificate, CACHE Level 2/3, or a diploma in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- High levels of empathy and patience to effectively support students
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families
All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
