- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or special education preferred
- Teaching Assistant Certificate, CACHE Level 2/3, or a diploma in SEN
- Strong spoken and written English
- High empathy and patience
- Ability to work closely with school staff and families

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
