Learning Support Assistant

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or special education is often preferred.
- Specialized credentials like a Teaching Assistant Certificate, CACHE Level 2/3, or a diploma in Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Strong spoken and written English, high empathy and patience, and the ability to work closely with school staff and families.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
