- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or special education is often preferred.
- Specialized credentials such as a Teaching Assistant Certificate, CACHE Level 2/3, or a diploma in Special Educational Needs (SEN) are desirable.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- High empathy and patience.
- Ability to work closely with school staff and families.

A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
