- Minimum high school diploma; degree in education, psychology, or SEN preferred
- Teaching Assistant Certificate, CACHE Level 2/3, or SEN diploma
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience
- Ability to support teachers, manage behaviour, and prepare class materials

A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
