- Flexibility and ability to work cooperatively with others
- Open to support small group of pupils or one-to-one with SEN
- A* to C grade at GCSE level in English and Maths or equivalent
- Level 2 Functional Skills English or Maths
- Relevant qualifications: Teaching Assistant Level 2 or equivalent
