- Availability for full-time work
- Experience in UK schools or similar settings
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant Certificate or equivalent qualifications (e.g. NVQ CACHE Level 2 TA or RQF - TQUK Supporting Teaching Assistant & Learning in Schools Level 2 or 3 Certificate)
- Sensitivity and understanding
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Flexibility and openness to change
- Ability to teach pupils effectively

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the 24 months of your actual work
