- Strong literacy and numeracy skills

- Excellent understanding of child development and learning
- Flexibility and ability to work cooperatively with others
- Open to support small group of pupils or one-to-one with SEN
- A* to C grade at GCSE level in English and Maths or equivalent, or Level 2 Functional Skills English or Level 2 Functional Skills Maths
- Teaching Assistant Level 3 or equivalent
