- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Patient and friendly with strong classroom management skills
- A* to C grade at GCSE level in English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications
- Teaching Assistant Level 3 Certificate, or equivalent qualification
- Open to support small groups and one-to-one sessions with SEN pupils

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
