- UK school-based experience or similar
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Patient and friendly
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent understanding of child development and learning
- Flexibility and ability to work cooperatively
- Open to supporting pupils one-to-one or in small groups with SEN
- A* to C grade at GCSE level in English and Maths or equivalent
- Teaching Assistant Level 3 or equivalent qualification

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the past 24 months
