- UK school-based experience or similar
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Patient and friendly
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent understanding of child development and learning
- Flexible and cooperative nature
- Open to supporting small groups or one-to-one with SEN
- A* to C grade at GCSE English and Maths or equivalents
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications or equivalent

All rTriibe roles require:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
A minimum of 2 references covering the 24 months of actual work
