Literacy Intervention Assistant

Join our dedicated team in Belper as a Literacy Intervention Assistant, where you'll make a significant impact on KS3 and KS4 students within an alternative provision setting.

- Deliver 1:1 literacy interventions, focusing on reading, phonics, and literacy development
- Experience with phonics programmes like Read Write Inc Fresh Start is desirable
- Prior experience supporting students with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties
- Must be resilient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with young people
- Access to transport with business insurance is required
